Clippings

Index/landing note for the Clippings shelf in the Library (section 10). This shelf holds raw captures, news sweeps, and short-form source material that has not yet been processed into permanent vault notes. All entries are publish: false — the Clippings shelf is a staging area, not a published reference layer.

Shelf Status

Clippings are fleet-collected raw material. They are not annotated, not cross-linked, and not vetted for analytical use. Before citing any clipping, promote it to a permanent note in the appropriate canonical section.

Migration protocol: If a clipping contains a primary source of lasting analytical value, create a permanent note in 10 Library/Academic & Analytical Papers/ or the relevant section (01–09), then delete or archive the clipping.
