Effective date: 24 September 2026. This policy describes how Intellecta Estratégia, operated by Luiz H. S. Brandão (Brasília, Brazil), handles personal data collected through intelligencenotes.com and its channels, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).
The controller of the personal data below is Luiz H. S. Brandão, founder of Intellecta Estratégia, until a Brazilian legal entity (CNPJ) is established.

The site does not use tracking, advertising, or profiling cookies, and we do not operate analytics that process personal data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) supplies aggregate, cookie-less performance metrics for the site (Cloudflare Web Analytics); per Cloudflare, those metrics do not involve personal data. The site is static with no login; infrastructure providers may also set strictly technical security cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data for commercial purposes. We rely only on infrastructure strictly necessary to operate:
- Cloudflare — site hosting and aggregate, cookie-less performance analytics;
- Proton Mail — email;
- Listmonk (self-hosted newsletter infrastructure) — newsletter subscriptions.
Retention
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or request deletion;
- Contact messages: as long as needed to respond and to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Under LGPD Arts. 17–22 you may request: confirmation of processing; access; correction; anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent. Write to intellecta.contact@proton.me — we respond within LGPD timeframes. You may also petition the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD). Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
Security
Technical and organizational measures proportional to the risk: restricted access, encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), data minimization, and segregated work environments. The flows described here do not involve sensitive personal data (LGPD Art. 5, II) or automated decision-making (LGPD Art. 20).
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect operational or legal changes; the effective date above indicates the current version. Material changes will be communicated through our usual channels.
